Groupement FLE and quality

The Groupement FLE is the first professional organisation in France to have established a code of conduct (1999), and committed itself to an ongoing quality control process for it's member schools.

This process led to the creation of a Reference Document based on the criteria used by professionals working in the domain of FLE and integrating the ideas of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This reference Document is the sole which takes into account the European Norm EN 14804 concerning the reception of students. This allows the member schools to meet the high standards demanded by our group.
In the case where applicant schools have already obtained a documented, officially recognised quality certification, our standard adds a reinforced guarantee of quality and service.

Beyond the question of quality, the group is characterised by the pooling of know-how and information, and the promotion of member schools in the spirit of clarity and support.

It’s this global project combined with the strong mutual support between member schools and associated professionals which differentiates Groupement FLE from labels or organisations of certification.
