Welcome to the IULCF !
The Institut Universitaire de langue et Culture Françaises (French Culture and Langage Academic Institute) is part of the Faculté Libre des Lettres de l'Institut Catholique (Private Faculty of the Catholic Institute) of Toulouse.
Founded in 1996, its aim is to welcome foreigners wishing to learn Franch as a language at any level.
The IULCF, a garanty of quality !
The IULCF Toulouse was awarded the « Qualité FLE » label.This label is a system for a labeling and certification of french as a foreign language centers. He is delivered bythree French Ministries : Foreign and European Affairs, Higher Education and Research,and Culture and Communication.

Toulouse is a the capital of the Midi-Pyrenees region, France largest region. The Pink City is ideally located and is only 150km away from the Mediterranean coast, 250km away from the Atlanctic coast and 110 km away from the Pyrenees skiing slopes!
Toulouse is today France’s 4th biggest city and ranks 3rd for the number of Universities it offers.It is famous for its space industry, quality of life and gastronomy!

Educational approach of the Center
The team: We have a dedicated and dynamic team of professionnal teachers. All members are specialists in french as a foreign language (they have at least a masters degree).The teachers have been chosen for their qualifications, their experience and their human qualities.
Our teaching lmethods are based on the Language Learning European Standards (CECR).
