The management committee (‘Bureau’) has the task of preparing the Annual General Meeting which decides the main directions of the association for the coming year. During the year it also proposes various actions and oversees the organisation and follow-up of all the activities, in liaison with the coordinator. It is made up of members elected at the AGM who work on an unpaid voluntary basis.
Until 2013 the management committee was made up of 6 people, and of invited members, and was renewed each year. During the meeting in Royan, an amendment to the internal rules removed the notion of invited member and extended the management committee to 9 people, a third of whom are re-elected every 3 years, as from 2014.
