Presentation of the center
Created in 1931 by Paul Valéry, the Collège International de Cannes is located just in front of the sea on a campus measuring 11,000m2, where all of its service can be found (classrooms, multimedia library, “foyer”/café with winter/summer terraces, theater, gymnasium, and television room), along with the lodging facilities including 110 bedrooms, a dining room and a parking lot. The whole campus is covered by free wireless internet. Our professional team of 60 persons is available all year round giving the best service possible. Our services are for students as well as professionals (French language courses and specialized courses, covered by the continued education program “formation continue”), as well as for teachers (educational training courses, Gundtvig and Comenius scholarships). Our student activities department proposes numerous activities each month (sports activities, guided tours, themed parties…). The University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis also runs a journalism school for French students on our campus, which allows for the foreign students to easily meet French students. Special prices are available for groups during the low season. The DELF examinations of the Académie de Nice are held on the campus of the Collège International de Cannes. Label "Qualité FLE".

Presentation of the city
Cannes… a city name associated with important international events, notably the Film Festival, as well as the famous Croisette. Beyond the postcard image, Cannes is also a city of traditions and culture, catering to all human dimensions, favorable for those who come to share with their hosts the pleasant lifestyle “down south”.

Educational approach of the Center
Our teachers use lively and effective teaching methods with the help of various original approaches and ideas. We use a rigorously established curriculum in the spirit of continuity and adaptation to the students’ different levels. The levels and programs have been established in harmony with the European Union’s frame of reference.

Presentation of services (lodging and culture)
On campus: 22 classrooms, multimedia room, 110 rooms, a collective dining room, wi-fi, cafeteria with indoor and out door terraces, theater and conference room, volley-ball court, gymnasium, 24 hour reception, parking. A monthly program of activities organized by the student activities office. Home-stay possibilities as well.
