The Groupement FLE has been committed to a quality control system covering all services provided by the schools since 1999. This system is based on two main items:
- On a professional level: the respect of criteria defined within a frame of reference that has been established and implemented by professionals recognised for their skills and expertise.
- On a European level: reference to the European norm EN 14804 regarding the student’s accommodation and language stay conditions.
Appointed to the Accreditation Steering Committee (the “label qualité fle” accreditation awared by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la recherche (Ministry of Further Education and Research), the Ministère de la culture et de la communication (the Ministry of Culture and Communication), the Ministère des Affaires Etrangères (the French Foreign Office), the Groupement FLE is a partner of CIEP, the official, operational accreditation department for the Ministries, and is involved in work groups which aim at improving the accreditation process.
All of the Group’s centres have either been audited and inspected
- by external audits (Label qualité fle, Eaquals, Ialc, Eduqua)
or
- by an internal audit based on a very strict frame of reference.
Every year, each centre must provide a progress report that states how the centre has developed in terms of quality.
